Piggy Chops seems like a confused girl ever since she made her dating scene public. Just when we thought she was completely over Hurman, she was spotted partying with him. Priyanka Chopra and Hurman Baweja dated for four years before Love Story 2050 released. Even though they were playing a couple in the film and were spotted together at restaurants and pubs, several times, they denied there was anything between them, insisting they were ‘just good friends’.We don’t know friends who meets each other only at night (she would go to his house after her shoots wrapped up). She got along fabulously with his family but the two would have heated rows too, like any other couple.Then, one not-so-fine day after the release of Love Story 2050, the two had a huge row over a zillion things like Hurman’s alleged plastic surgery, Priyanka’s stardom, the failure of LS 2050 and their busy schedules. The two went their separate ways.Then in October, the duo happily posed for photos at the Drona premiere, hinting that they had bounced back stronger than ever.
One of Priyanka’s other good friend, Shahid Kapur, also attended the Drona premiere. Must have been the first time that their paths crossed, at least in public.Soon after, Hurman got linked with Victory co-star Amrita Rao and Priyanka’s closeness to Shahid Kapur on the sets of Kaminey made news. Hurman declared that everything between him and Priyanka was over though they were shooting for Ashutosh Gowariker’s What’s Your Rashee? together.Priyanka and Shahid stay in the same society- Raj Classique, in Versova, suburban Mumbai. They traveled together to the Kaminey sets, went to gym and were even spotted hanging out at restaurants and pubs. Priyanka sportingly played hostess at Shahid’s birthday party. All this in spite of them insisting they are ‘just good friends’! If two perfectly single and attractive people get along and spend time together, they are bound to get attracted to each other. It’s only natural. Can a guy and girl be just friends?
Then news of Priyanka’s special international friend, Gerard Butler came out. Again the insistence they were ‘just friends’, especially because Shahid bonded with him too. She hosted a party in his honour. However, insiders whisper that there was more to Gerard and Priyanka than met the eye. Or so we turned a deaf ear when Butler proposed to her like a million times for marriage. Cupcake Kapur but naturally threw a fit!Now, Shahid and Priyanka have broken up, or so the grapevine says. Priyanka was absent for the first promotional event of Kaminey. And recently, Priyanka was spotted getting cozy with former flame Hurman Baweja at the wrap up party of What’s Your Rashee?
She keeps going back to Hurman like a boomerang.It will be interesting to see how ‘professional’ she is with co-star/good friend Shahid Kapur during the promotion of Kaminey after which the promotion of What’s Your Rashee? with Hurman will follow. Between whom will the sparks fly? It will be one helluva roller-coaster ride for the actress. Good luck to her and we hope she sticks with the man who is right for her. Which is who?
