Himesh Reshammiya in shock - Kajraare Released

Bollywood Actor, Singer and Music Director Himesh Reshammiya’s ‘Kajraare’ directed by Pooja Bhatt, released last Friday (n 15th October) along with the major releases Knock Out and Aakrosh, but no one knew about its release. , neither Himesh nor Pooja.

Only producer Bhushan Kumar of T-Series knew about its release as it was he who opened the film in just two theaters.

Wondering why the flick released only in two screens across India?

If buzz is to be believed, it seems that the producer was getting a whooping sum if the movie will have a theatrical release as per the agreement, so Bhushan did the needful and released it in only two theaters – New Empire in Mumbai and Apollo in Pune.

At New Empire in Bombay, the film was screened for just one person – the one who brought the print from the laboratory to the cinema! The scene at Apollo in Pune probably couldn’t have been any different.

Talking about the incident, Pooja Bhatt’s father director-producer Mahesh Bhatt tells a daily, “I have been in the industry from 1971 and never before have I seen this kind of release for a film of this stature.”
